Lettihaasteen kolme ekaa päivää: ranskalaiset ja hollantilaiset letit sekä köysilettinutturat. Suosikkini näistä on ehdottomasti tuo Arya Stark/ Game of Thrones tyyli, josta Moonakin tykkäsi niin, että haluaa samat nutturat huomisiin kevät juhliin.

4.6. Neliosainen letti:

Neljällä osalla voi letittää moneen eri tyyliin. Yksi suosikeistani on neljäosainen puolihollantilainen, joka näyttää upealta niin pitkissä, kuin lyhyissäkin hiuksissa.

5.6. Läpivetoletti:

Läpivetoletin ohje löytyy täältä: renksuletti. Yksinkertaisemman version voi tehdä ponnariin, ilman hiusten lisäystä. Variaatioina voi tehdä läpivedon puoliin hiuksista tai vinosti menevän läpivedon.

6.6. Kalanruoto:

YouTube-kanavaltani löytyy ohjeita niin helppoon kalanruotoon kuin ranskalaiseen kalanruotoonkin. Ja jos haluat vielä vaihtelua, niin voit kokeilla hollantilaista kalanruotoa.

7.6. Twistiputous:

Perustwistiputousta on helppo yhdistellä kaikenlaisten lettejen kanssa. Letittämällä loput hiuksista saat kestävämmän kampauksen.

Above, you can find pictures of my three first days of the June Braiding Challenge: french and dutch braids and rope twists. The last one, the Arya Stark buns, is definitely my favourite!

Here are some tutorials for the coming days:

4th June – Four strand braid

There are lots of different ways to braid with four strands. One of my favourites is the 4-strand lace braid, which looks great with both short and long hair.

5th June – Pull-through braid

You can find a tutorial for a basic pull-through braid on my YouTube. If you want an easier version, just do it in a ponytail. For variation, try half-up or diagonal pull-through.

6th June – Fishtail

I’ve got videos for an easy/basic fishtail, a french fishtail and, for something different, a dutch fishtail.

7th June – Waterfall twist

The basic waterfall twist is great on it’s own or it can be combined with all kinds of braids. Braid the rest of the hair to make it more durable.
